Any form of unfair betting practices, such as heating bets, fund matching (transferring funds between accounts), court siding (betting based on live commentary), sharpening, and commission creation, is strictly prohibited. If a user is found engaging in such activities, all funds in the respective account will be forfeited. All decisions made by the Exchange management in this regard are final and no disputes will be entertained.
Hunting or seeking fluke bets is not permitted. Any bets identified as such will be reversed.
The Exchange will not be liable for any losses incurred due to technical issues or service disruptions.
We reserve the right to reverse, resettle, or void any market or bet in the event of a result change, mistake, or similar occurrences. Settlements in such cases will be based on the reference source.
Decisions made by the Exchange on any matter will be considered final and binding.
Should an individual be discovered using multiple accounts from the same IP address, any winnings in both accounts will be nullified.
